RPA agent ecosystem for authorizations and claim objections
Three RPA agents handle service authorization requests, assisted processes and claim-objection responses on an insurer’s portal. A monitoring center coordinates and watches them, and installs digitally signed updates.
Inventory control
Inventory of critical equipment by site and by responsible team, with monthly checklists, biomedical verification, sterile-supply returns and the month’s progress at a glance.
Document tracking with a timeline

The platform of ADRES, Colombia’s national health fund, offers no API. The robot looks up the average and 90th-percentile price of every procedure in bulk, first by region and nationwide when there is no regional data, and returns the full Excel file with its formatting intact.

Checks prices from 6 online pharmacy chains in real time and cross-references them with official health registrations and alerts.

Who is behind G2 Labs?
A Colombian software and automation company. We design and develop our own platforms and RPA agents, with 100% proprietary technology. We started in healthcare and today apply the same engine to companies in any industry.
Who will I work with?
With the team that builds your solution. You have one person in charge from the first call, with no layers of middlemen: your feedback goes straight to whoever does the work.
What happens to my data and my portal passwords?
Passwords are stored encrypted and each company’s data is kept apart from everyone else’s. You remain the owner of your information. We comply with Colombia’s data protection law (Ley 1581) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What if the portal changes or asks for a captcha?
That is part of the job. We monitor every robot and, if the portal changes, we adjust the agent and let you know. We already work with portals that ask for captchas and end sessions without warning.
How long does it take and how much does it cost?
It depends on the process. After seeing it on a 30-minute call you get a proposal with a fixed price and timeline, with no surprise costs. Before committing, you can see a demo with one of your real cases.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
Yes, to read documents, summarize and draft. The robots follow the rules you define, and important decisions stay with your team.
